![]() Working knowledge of API,NESC, NFPA, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE, etc.Determine how process variable changes impact equipment reliability.Apply engineering theory, practices, and principles to determine root cause of equipment failures and to perform performance evaluations.Participates in project design reviews and development meetings.Participates as a member of project team(s) with other firmware engineers, hardware engineers and HPE partners to develop reliable, cost effective, and high quality power solutions.Develops understanding of and relationship with internal system teams, ODM power supply development teams, and component vendors.Performs verification testing on new product development samples identifies, logs, and debugs issues observed.Work is performed in an office, laboratory, production floor, or clean room, outdoors or remote research environment.Conduct quality assurance reviews like FMEA’s, A3’s and Risk Assessments.Client relationship skills including preparation and development of proposals, presenting at client meetings and basic understanding of how to manage client expectations. ![]()
